No Refunds or Returns Policy

At Aaron’s Spa & Furniture, we are committed to providing high- quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. We understand the importance of making informed purchasing decisions. Therefore, please carefully review our policy regarding refunds and returns before making a purchase.

Merchant processing fees are non-refundable in any case. The refund will exclude any credit card, debit card, or payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and the customization involved, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, except in cases where a product is received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, provide you with instructions for returning the item and receiving a replacement or repair. The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Customization

Many of our products are customized to your specifications. Once an order is placed and production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.

Order Cancellation – Pre-Orders & Unshipped Orders

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped (including pre-orders and deposit-based orders), the following policy applies:

  • Within 48 hours of purchase:
    You will receive a refund for the full amount minus the merchant processing fee (typically 3.25% to 4.00% depending on your payment method).
  • From 48 hours to 7 days after purchase:
    A 10% stocking fee will be applied to your refund, in addition to deducting the merchant processing fee.
  • From 7 days to 30 days after purchase:
    A 20% stocking fee will be applied, also excluding the merchant fee.
  • After 30 days:
    Order cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Returns Process

For items that are eligible for return due to damage, defect, or the application of our free shipping offer, please note the following:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with both the return of the item to us and the reshipment of any replacement items. Please be aware that the actual cost of returns can exceed the original freight.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to returned items. This fee is designed to cover the costs associated with processing returns, inspecting, and restocking items.

Free Shipping Items: For items eligible for free shipping, customers are responsible for the shipping cost on both of the original shipment and the return.

For items that are offered with free shipping, please note that:

In the event of a return due to damage or defect, customers are responsible for the shipping cost on both of the original shipment and the return.

Restocking fees of 30% will apply to returned items, as outlined

above.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following reasons:

Change of mind

Incorrect product dimensions or specifications provided by the customer

Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance that are inherent to the materials used

Customer dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance, style, or fit within the salon space
