    Color Center & Showcase

    With the front of the reception desk is a combination of white and black marble-patterned PVC, the surface is glossy and easy to clean. 

    The spacious countertop provides ample room for conducting transactions, accommodating electronic devices, paperwork, and other essential items with ease.

    Combined with the 2-sided partition, the front on both sides is designed with vertical wooden slats to create highlights and divide the space. The middle part is a white marble slab that creates a luxurious feel and is where your salon's logo is placed, below is a darker-toned cabinet, creating color balance.

    Back: The efficient polishing and dipping powder display cabinet provides plenty of storage space to neatly organize. Adding to its allure, the LED light illuminates the rows, beautifully showcasing the vibrant colors of your nail polish selection.

    Reporting Shipping Damages

    Note on Delivery Receipt: You have to note all the damages on the shippers delivery receipt. If you don't note it, we could not file the claim. If possible, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt provided by the shipper. This will help substantiate your claim.

    Photographs: Take clear photographs of the damaged items and their packaging. These photos will be crucial for initiating a claim with the shipping provider.

    Time Limit for Claims

    Claims for shipping damages must be made within 48 hours of receiving the items. Any claims made beyond this time frame may result in the items being deemed unreturnable and unrefundable.

    Claim Process and Timeline

    Claims Processing: Initiated claims typically take 2-4 weeks to process. We will work diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    Packaging: During the claims process, it is essential to retain all packaging materials. These may be required for inspection by the shipping provider.
